Term and Condition *	:	Miscellaneous Fees refer to any non-compulsory and non-standard fees which the student will pay only when necessary or applicable. Such fees are normally collected on an ad-hoc basis by MoneyTree when the need arises. Upon full payment of the course fees, all study material becomes the property of the student. However, all course material is subject to copyright and may not be used by anyone else. Fees paid, either in full or in part, are not refundable, unless the course is canceled and an equivalent course has not been offered within a 12 month period. In the event of non-payment of fees on or before 7 days of every payment cycle, there will be an additional 3% penalty charge imposed upon your fees or fee installments. In the event of 14 days late fee payments not being met, MoneyTree reserves the right to suspend all academic services to the student until the payments are made. In the case of refunds, payments made via credit card or Paypal will be returned to the respective accounts within 21 working days.
